The Superior Court Judges' office is in the process of updating forms that are included in our local rules.  Pursuant to Local Rule 4.1, all calendar requests must be submitted to the Trial Court Administrator's office.  This message is linked to an updated calendar request form in a word document that includes all required information pursuant to Local Rule 4.2.  Attorneys may email the completed calendar request to the attention of Keenan Menefee-Long at or fax the request to 336-779-6335.
