In the event of inclement weather on the day of a scheduled Bar Meeting, check the Bar Association website.  If the meeting is being cancelled, there will be a notice in the "News Flash" section of the front page.  As a general statement, meetings will be cancelled for inclement weather if Forsyth County District and Superior Courts are cancelled, a speaker cannot make it to the meeting, or if the Piedmont Club must close.
