Participation in the publicly accessible Forsythlawyers.org searchable database is voluntary, and members of the FCBA/21JDB may opt-out of participating by contacting us at the email address or phone number listed at the bottom of this Statement. We will use reasonable efforts to delete your information from our searchable public database. However, since state law controls mandatory membership in the 21st Judicial District Bar, an attorney who is a member of the 21JDB may not opt-out of being included in our private internal data nor of being contacted for purposes of running the 21JDB.back to top
